We would like to remind our customers about Quan Spa's cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to our team members at Quan Spa, and are reserved especially for you. Please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that appointment time to other clients. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by email and 24 hours in advance by text message as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago.
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
- Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost
- "No shows" will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount
- For appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
